RevEHR FAQs

Common Q&A on the RevEHR/ CLX Integration

What information is transferred from Revolution EHR to CLX?

Revolution transfers information that is tied to the order. This includes the Patient’s First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Prescription, Address (if shipping to the patient) , and Phone Number.

Please Note: Information is only sent to CLX with an order. If you have an exam only patient, the exam will need to be entered in CLX manually to trigger Patient Protect.

How do I know the order successfully transmitted to CLX?

Once the order is sent, a new status will appear in Revolution under “Status History” labeled Vendor Accepted or Vendor Rejected, accordingly.

The order will also then appear in CLX in the “Initial Order” status.

Is the order automatically sent to the Distributor once submitted in Revolution EHR?

No, you will still need to login to CLX to manually submit the orders in the Initial Order status. To do this, please click Dashboard>Initial Order> Select the checkbox next to the orders you wish to submit> Submit.

What happens if my order is Rejected?

If you have a rejected order, it will show as Vendor Rejected in Revolution EHR under the order’s Status History Tab. If you hover on the description, it will tell you why it was rejected. You can also view the rejection in CLX under Dashboard>Rejected Orders> View Error. To clear the rejection in CLX click the “Delete Order XML” at the bottom.

You will need to fix the order in Revolution to resend to CLX. Please click duplicate at the top, make the needed changes, and retransmit.

What do I do if I have a rejection I don’t know how to fix?

Please reach out to customerservice@clxsystem.com or 1-800-874-6601 for assistance.
