How to Place an Order in RevEHR

In Revolution EHR:

  1. Choose location> Search for the Patient> RX Orders > + Contact lenses.

    1. Note: Make sure the prescription is finalized before ordering, otherwise it will not be transmitted.
  2. Select +> Contact Lens.
  3. Processor = CLX; Name = CLX; and Select Ship to > Save > Approve>Transmit Order.
    1. Note: Ship to none will not send it to CLX.
  4. Under Status History it will say "Transmitted" when submitting & "Approved" with a CLX order number when successful.
    1. Note: Vend. Rejected means it will show under Rejected Orders in CLX (Dashboard >Rejected orders)

In CLX:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Initial Order. This is where the transferred order will show.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the order(s) you wish to submit.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Select the shipping method.

Once submitted, a batch number will be assigned, and the order(s) will move to the “Ready for Supplier Processing” status.

Please note: Orders will not be processed by the distributor until submitted. Only orders in Initial Order can be cancelled on CLX.
