How to Submit a Ticket for Vision(X) Support

Support for your Vision(X) site can always be found at our Knowledge Base and Help Center. This tutorial will demonstrate how to submit a ticket for assistance with your Vision(X) site.

From the Web

The Vision(X) Knowledge Base and Help Center is located at https://help.helixsolution.com/en-us/visionx. This URL can be bookmarked for convenience.

From your Vision(X) Site

In the master navigation panel on the right hand side of your screen, click "Support":

A new tab will open displaying the Vision(X) Knowledge Base and Help Center. Click "Submit a VisionX Ticket":

Enter information in all required fields (marked by red asterisk.) When prompted "What do you need help with?", use the drop-down menu to select an issue template:


Additional information fields will appear based on the issue template selected. Complete all required fields. If possible, attach any screenshots displaying faulty site performance or error messages, as they will help us further determine the best way to assist you. when finished, click "Submit"


Success!


You will receive a confirmation message that your support ticket has been submitted. You may now close this tab. You will also receive confirmation of your ticket via email, and you will be further contacted by our Support team as your ticket is worked through the necessary steps toward resolution:
