Glossary of Engage Campaign Types
The following is a brief description of several System Campaigns that come pre-configured for the Engage tab in your Vision(X) site
Booking Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients receive appointment confirmation communications each time an appointment is scheduled.
Cancellation Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients who have canceled an appointment, but have not yet rescheduled, receive communications encouraging them to book a new appointment.
Did Not Purchase Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients who complete a qualifying appointment, receive a prescription, but do not make a purchase receive follow-up communications encouraging them to return to the practice to complete their purchase.
No-Show Recovery Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients who did not attend a scheduled appointment and have not yet rescheduled receive communications encouraging them to book a new appointment.
NPS Survey Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients receive a post-appointment satisfaction survey to provide feedback about their experience with your practice.
Order Notification Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients receive communications when an order is ready for pickup, with communications continuing until the order is dispensed or picked up.
Pre-Appointment Campaign (3PP Only)
Governs the parameters by which patients with pre-appointed appointments receive communications prior to regular appointment reminder communications for their upcoming appointment.
Product Satisfaction (CSAT) Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients receive a post-purchase satisfaction survey after picking up their order to provide feedback about their purchasing experience.
Recall Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients who are due or overdue for their next appointment receive communications encouraging them to schedule their next visit.
Reminder Campaign
Governs the parameters by which patients receive reminders for upcoming appointments (e.g., Comprehensive Exams, Contact Lens Exams).
Welcome Campaign
Governs the parameters by which new patients receive a one-time welcome message after their first appointment is scheduled, introducing them to your practice and providing helpful information such as your website, social media pages, office details, or other resources.
