Glossary of Appointment Status Types The following is a breakdown of common FHIR appointment status types. "Proposed" The appointment has been requested, but not yet confirmed by all participants. "Pending" Some participants have been confirmed for the appointment, but others have not. "Booked" All participants have confirmed, and the appointment is officially scheduled. "Arrived" The patient has arrived for the scheduled appointment. "Fulfilled" The appointment has taken place and is now completed. "Cancelled" The appointment has been cancelled.
