Unaided Visual Acuity Menu
Begin the exam, then select the Unaided Visual Acuity category to open the documentation fields. If this field was documented by another person, or will simply not be completed as part of this exam, select the check box for "To Review" or "Not Performed" as appropriate:
Enter values into the corresponding fields. Values may be entered manually for each field, and selecting a field may open a slider menu for easy selection of value. Additional buttons exist to quickly mark "OD=OS" (to duplicate values for both eyes) and "20/20 All". All fields can be quickly re-set using the "Clear All" button
When ready, double-scroll the bottom of the page to proceed to the next portion of the exam:
